LifeCare Services

The idea of LifeCare living is to enable older people, whether individuals or couples, to retain their independence so as to lead their own lives as much as possible in their own home. We separate the provision of aged care and services from the "bricks and mortar" element of living.  This enables residents to receive care and services in the accommodation that they deem most appropriate for them and their needs.

LifeCare Services are provided to all residents as part of the Lease through the Standard Close Care package.

However, some residents require higher levels of care and support – ageing can, but does not automatically, restrict a person’s ability to be independent. Therefore additional LifeCare services are also available. Residents decide in consultation with the experienced staff what support and services they need as well as how and when they are delivered.  These can range from housekeeping services through to domiciliary care in their home. This support is provided from the nursing home developed on the same site as the independent living apartments.

The principal benefits of LifeCare Services:

  • Continuing independence and quality of life
  • Support with your daily life if and when you need it
  • Peace of mind knowing trained caring staff will be with you within minutes in an emergency, day or night
  • Full range of additional care and support available by agreement
